dc.description.abstract The electrical conductivity, thermoelectric power, Hall coefficient, and thermal conductivity of the GaSb-FeGa1.3 eutectic were measured in a wide temperature range at different relationships between the directions of the electric current, heat flux, magnetic field, and needlelike metallic inclusions. The results are interpreted in terms of electronic and phonon processes. The metallic inclusions are shown to have a significant effect on the transport properties of the eutectic. en_US
